Jillian Dawn is a 24-year-old singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist rising from Mansfield, MA. Now in Nashville, her style infuses an anthemic indie-pop sound with flares of country and rock amplified by genre-bending musicality and personal narratives.
Jillian started singing at an early age and continued to foster those passions in musical theater. When 12, she found a creative outlet in songwriting. She performed the National Anthem at two Celtics games and studied guitar for three years and is self-taught on piano.
In June 2020, Jillian released her first full-length project, 20/20, led by tracks "Vices" and "Matty."After graduation, her follow-up EP, “how simple this all started,” charted a further course. “For The Night'' and “Getaway Car” embodied fresh influences as she signed her management deal with FRNDLY Media. She has since toured across the country headlining and supporting bands such as The Dales, while also headlining FRNDLY Fest in New York City.
Last year, Jillian was also cast in She Believed She Could, an all-female musical revue honoring the legacies of women in country music at the legendary Woolworth Theater.
In 2023, Jillian embarked on her 2023 Headline Tour, selling out shows and debuting new music from her upcoming project in collaboration with Nashville’s brightest talent. Going viral with a “Come on Over” cover amassing over one million views on TikTok this year alone and hundreds of thousands of streams, her relatable writing and approachability will have her feeling like your big sister or best friend.
